Thomas & Company represents over 25 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits field. Our principals have been helping employers with their benefits needs since 1980 and have extensive backgrounds within the industry ranging from large employer consulting to management positions with various industry leaders and health carriers.

We are an independent brokerage firm with access to all carriers and plans. This enables us to offer a broad set of solutions for a variety of different client needs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K and other specialty insurance products.

Our philosophy centers around the belief that employers hold the key in shaping and establishing market trends. To this end, small and medium employers should have access to the same types of resources as larger employer groups in order to make well informed decisions about their employee benefit programs.

This is especially true for health care coverage. The complexities of organized medical delivery systems have certainly presented new issues for employer group medical plans.
